1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any modenX service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

modenX provides a phygital experience intelligence platform for mall operators, brands, and retailers. Access to specific platform features is governed by your separate Master Service Agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use modenX services for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or to transmit malicious code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and platform software are the property of modenX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, modenX's aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding three months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
